One of my passions is to bring clarity of purpose and direction to help leaders make the change needed to bring greater meaning into their life. They might be facing a major transition, questioning their next career move, or feeling called to something greater but unsure how to find it.

In my personal journey, I’ve had several life and career transitions, each one leading to more fulfillment and more alignment with my purpose. Sometimes it takes a while for the gift in a transition to become visible, but I’ve learned that it’s always there. This is why I’m inspired to help others find that same level of alignment.

I’m also passionate about guiding organizations to discover the clarity of purpose that maximizes their positive impact. When an organization aligns with its deeper purpose in how it does business, it increases inspiration and engagement for partners, employees, clients, and customers.

In addition to leading Clear Change Group, I serve on the teaching and leadership teams at the True Purpose Institute. I’ve been certified by the Coaches Training Institute and the True Purpose Institute, trained by the Career Coach Institute, and I’m a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, holding their highest-level credential.

I bring a diverse background to my coaching and consulting work, with expertise in both analytical and intuitive disciplines. Before starting my business in 2003, I spent over 15 years as a software development manager and lead engineer, loving the art of solving challenging puzzles.

I had a 5-year business as a Certified Rolfer, practicing a form of bodywork that aligned clients’ bodies in gravity which led to inner alignment. And I’ve been involved with inner work and presence-based inquiry since 1975, fulfilling a hunger to deeply understand the nature of the human experience.

Since I was very young, I’ve been curious about the nature of the universe, from the smallest detail to the largest perspective. Astronomy was my first love, leading me to degrees in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from Caltech and UC Berkeley.

After 40 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, I recently moved with my husband to the beautiful big nature setting of Coeur d’Alene in Northern Idaho. We enjoy hiking, boating, exploring new places, and having fun with our playful cats.
